Chorlton Green Market takes place at the end of Beech Road on Chorlton’s Green every last Saturday of the month. The markets sell all manner of foodstuffs, including exotic and British pastries, locally reared meat, homemade pies and freshly-made sauces.

All stalls are independent and many are prize-winning businesses like Lush Brownies, Savin Hill Butchers and Winter Tarn. There is also the chance to see local designers showcase their artisan crafted work.

With Chorlton Water Park and many boutique shops near by why not make a day of it. Take a stroll in the park, followed by a shopping spree along beech road before relaxing at the market. Alongside live music and sampling the choicest local food. Or stocking up to take home with you.

An excellent opportunity to support some of the local businesses in your community, as well as a convenient way to stock up on unique, high-quality food produce in the leafy suburbs of Chorlton rather than the crowded city centre.

The coming months will see band such as The Gelatos, Blank Cheque and Stretford Brass band play live at the market.
