Event Details
Manor Infant School will be holding their annual summer fayre on Saturday 2nd July 2016 from 11.30 - 3pm. The event is organised by the school's PTFA. We are looking for a wide variety of stalls to come along, we will only be booking one of each stall type and the event is being organised by an experienced crafter so stalls will be well looked after.
We will provide tables however you are welcome to bring your own and a gazebo if you prefer, just let us know in advance for our floor plan.
We do not require any sweets / drinks as we have that covered already.
There will be bouncy castles, entertainment and demonstrations, traditional fayre stalls such as splat the rat, coconut shy, beat the goalie etc, we are having an around the world food stall as well as a tea room plus there will be lots of craft activities and competitions for the children. There is a full program of entertainment in the arena and there will be Disney Princesses visiting. Our top prize for the raffle is an Amazon fire tablet.
We are expecting a footfall of approximately 1500 upwards on the day. We have professionally designed advertising, there will be adverts in the local paper and we are being sponsored by Beals Estate Agents.
Car Parking Information
There will be space near the gates for stall holders to unload, however vehicles will need to be moved before the event.
