AlannaFest is an outdoor music festival that raises money for a local cancer support charity Cancer Care in memory of Alanna Duffy who passed away after fighting Leukaemia. We have a an outdoor stage with local bands playing, all hosted by Beyond Radio DJ, Trevor Cooke. We have performances from children, appearances from mascots, inflatables, carnival games, food vendors, dessert stalls, craft stalls and various other local businesses wanting to pitch.
Pitch fees are as follows:
£25 for non food related craft/ toiletries stalls
£50 for dessert related stalls/small food traders
£100 for food vendors
Carnival games are negotiable.
All own equipment would be required including generators if necessary. Gazebos are welcome too and food and drink for personal consumption is obviously allowed.
The cricket club will not allow any wet sales due to this being their only profit on the day.
Relevant Food Hygiene and insurance documents must be provided.
Pitch donations must be received by Friday 1st May to be added to the pitch plan.

Car Parking Information
There is a big carpark attached to the club which is council run. We cannot get the council to give us the parking for free, however, the parking is a maximum of £3 per day.
