A little about us …..
Artisan Fayre was initially created by a small group of makers that wanted to sell their wares in their own town.
So out of this need they set about to create a high quality platform for themselves and the many other makers in the local area to sell their work.
Penistone has a very lovely Award winning Cruck Barn Market building, which was to become the main venue.
From their own network of contacts they held their first Fayre in the Barn in June 2012 of just 25 exhibitors, they now regularly exhibit with over 50 exhibitors with many more applications than spaces.

A fun packed day for all the Family.
This event is building on the annual St Johns Gift Day which helps to raise funds for the church.
Lots of activities will be available such as an Alpaca petting zoo, Falconry display and a wide range of free crafts, not least Live Music both inside and outside throughout the day.
Tractor Fest @ Yummy Yorkshire - Ingbirchworth Sat 18th & Sun 19th July
A full weekend packed with activities including food festival and a steam and tractor show.
This is building on Yummy Yorkshires birthday weekend which is a well established event in their annual calendar.
Artisan Fayre will be located in the main Barn with over 30 quality Artisan exhibitors.

Artisan Fayre is firstly a platform for Artisans to exhibit and sell their work to the public but also as a family friendly day out with food, live music, from local musicians and a free kids crafts table.
Due to the high quality and standard of the exhibitors that choose to attend the Fayres we have become an anticipated and highly regarded event in our area.
Artisan Fayre also goes to other events where they provide the craft element.
Sarah and Charlotte are makers themselves and still exhibit at other events.
With the experience of 'seeing it from an exhibitors point of view', their aim is that they create an event that exhibitors are happy to attend.
They understand the importance of good advertising and the promotion of the events, even down to the little things like just saying Hello and checking throughout the day that all is well.
