Originally supported by Leeds City College and many people from the local creative scene, Artsmix has always been committed to supporting the development of artists from many different disciplines. It wasn’t enough just to help their professional and skills development; we also wanted to help make sure they could make their way financially so set about providing trading opportunities too, hence our Albion Place Market.
Today, Artsmix is an enterprise still driven by our commitment to connect people through creativity. We do this by creating platforms that help artists, crafters designers and creative producers share their talents and products through our regular outdoor markets, predominantly on Albion Place in the heart of Leeds City Centre.
Our well established Albion Place (Leeds) Handmade Market offers high quality, original, handcrafted and designed products. This alternative shopping experience right in the heart of the busy City Centre now additionally offers up to three produce stalls at every market too.

Our regular Albion Place Market in Leeds City Centre, Saturdays 10.30-18.30
The Albion Place market runs every fortnight from April until October and then weekly throughout November and December. This year we have also added two Sunday dates in November as well to cope with the high demand leading up to Christmas, trading on these Sundays will be until 16.30/17.00.
Come and experience our stalls of handmade goodies produced by local artists, crafters, designers and producers. Our creative traders offer a wide variety of products including art, photography, fashion, jewellery, accessories, home wares, food and stationery.
You will find us very close to The Trinity Shopping Centre in the heart of Leeds by Pizza Express and Byron Burger on Albion Place, Leeds, LS1 6AD (between the new Sainsbury's Local and WH Smith)
The cost of the market stalls are currently:
£50 April and May
£55 June and July
£60 August and September
£65 October
£65 November on the two Sundays*
£75 in November and December on the Saturdays
Please note the Council will be reviewing their charges to us in March 2016 and any increases in costs will at be added to the prices detailed above. Anyone who books before this review will get their markets at the above price.
Non-refundable deposits payable are £10 for all markets April to October and £20 for November and December dates.

We can now only accept requests for a maximum of 6 market bookings from any one produce trader for the rest of the year and this number will reduce as more bookings come in and space gets even tighter. We will happily add any traders to waiting lists should there be any cancellations.
