Company Overview
This is very much a part time venture at the moment. If I can increase my sales then I will increase the time I give to it. I started selling two years ago but have been a potter for many years. I am mainly self taught so don't have the ego and restraints of being formally taught.Most of my work is low fired and earthenware, concentrating mainly on raku style and Saggar ware. This allows me to make pottery that is unique due to the nature of production; no two pieces are the same.

I make ornamental ceramics. I don't make dinner ware or 'functional' ware, I don't like the restraints.I can do commission work but it would have to be within the style that I work in.

I am originally from Liverpool, but now live in a small town in North Nottinghamshire called Skegby. My main interests are pottery and gardening. I am an avid reader, and usually have at least two books on the go, one for pleasure and one for education, usually ceramic based.
