BAKEWELL FOOD FESTIVAL 25TH/26TH APRIL 2020.The Bakewell food festival which attracts thousands of visitors is now in it's ninth year, approximately 100 stalls will be scattered around the streets of this beautiful historic river side market town. Yes, the focus is on food and drink, offering an eclectic range of fayre to tempt the palate, and will once again celebrate the wealth of excellent local produce that the Peak District has to offer. However, there are so many additional attractions for all ages, and entry is free!
This years attractions include entertainment including Rachels magical entertainment and Disney characters on the Saturday, Jessica Ellis performing songs from the musicals on the Sunday, which will be hosted in the marquee on Market Place. James McKay and his owls of Harry Potter fame, bands and childrens rides will also be hosted around the streets hosting the festival.www.whatsonbakewell.co.uk
