Battersea Boot is THE longest running Sunday afternoon boot sale in London. You've probably seen us on TV or heard about us from sellers at other events. 90% of our sellers come to us via recommendation/word of mouth!

Incredibly busy and well organised boot sale on every week rain or shine (apart from pre planned holidays - dates on our website) No need to queue up for hours to get a space, you can pre-book and we guarantee to hold a pitch for you.

We have a huge and varied selection of all kinds of sellers - from general clear out carboot virgins to antique & collectables traders, vintage, new & second hand, toys, art, jewellery, books, collectables, you name it, it's at Battersea!

Bookings are via our secure website - we launch every Monday to book pitches for the coming Sunday, so you don't need to book months in advance to get a space. We often sell out very quickly though, so book early.

We are the original Sunday afternoon car boot sale in London. Established in 1999, Battersea Boot is the one youʼve heard about (we canʼt buy word of mouth!) the one youʼve read about, the one youʼve seen on TV. This is the boot sale people talk about when theyʼre at other boot sales! .



WHAT WE DO...



Battersea is not an average boot sale. Weʼre renowned for being an incredibly busy, highly organised boot sale. If you come to buy you can expect to find quality items; designer goods, vintage, shabby chic, even antiques and collectables alongside general car boot goods. We have a wide range of sellers, from all walks of life and unlike many boot sales we do not have the same sellers week in, week out. Of course, we have some regular traders but the majority of our sellers are first timers or people who do a boot sale a few times a year to sell off unwanted personal belongings. Many of our more affluent pitch holders are attracted by the premium pitch service we offer, they tend to bring higher end goods to sell. We have cheaper pitches available so also get our fair share of lower priced and general house clearance goods.



WHY WE ARE DIFFERENT...

Selling at Battersea is not for everyone, a pitch is not cheap... but you get what you pay for! Some people are happy to spend 5 hours in a queue to get a pitch at one of the other most popular boot sales. Our sellers consider their time to be as good as money and would rather pay that bit extra for a pitch with us in order to save time, and make money! When a seller books a space with us, they get a space; no queues to get in, no waiting, no risk of being turned away. We invented the time slot entry boot sale! We were the first boot sale organisers to recognise that people who want to go to the best boot sales have better things to do than spend hours in a queue. Most importantly for sellers we have one of the highest (if not the highest) footfalls of all the London boot sales. We care about our sellers - we want them to make money!

All pitches are given an arrival time slot and our system runs very smoothly (seeing as we invented it, I suppose it would!) Car parking for buyers is on the street (not in residential bays please) or in our car park at Culvert House.
