Event Details
The Festival starts with a parade that winds its way round the historic village of Buckden between 12 noon and 12.30pm. It is led by a marching band and will include costumes, banners & flags with Rio Carnival theme. It will be followed by some interesting vehicles. It is free to join in. The parade is followed by a Fete on the village playing fields from 12.30 - 4.30pm. Family fun including fairground attractions, sideshows, 60+ stalls, food, beer tent, sports, art, model railway, jewellery & crafts. There is a full programme of arena events with dancing, sports and entertainment. Free entry.
