We are delighted to announce that after a few years break that Carterton's annual May Day Fair will take place this year on Monday 2nd May 2022 between 10-4 on Carterton's Recreation Ground (OX18 3JH).

We have lots of exciting things planned for this year and we hope it will be the biggest and most exciting one to date! There will be lots of stalls and attractions including fairground rides, refreshments, go-karts, vintage cars, a scarecrow trail and a dog show. With lots more to be announced the closer we get.

There will also be lots of charity and commercial stalls across the event, including in our large craft marquee. Booking are now open for stall holders so if you would like an outside pitch or a table in our craft marquee please send us an email (cartertonmayday@gmail.com) for a booking form.

There will also be a large Car Boot sale for anyone who would like to come along and sell their unwanted items. If you would like a car boot there is no prior book and you can turn up on the day (entry between 9.30-10). It costs £8 per car or £15 if you are a commercial seller.

This event is organised by the local branch of Save the Children Fund, with all profits from the event going to help vulnerable children all over the world, including here in the UK.www.CartertonMayDay.co.ukPublic Parking - There are several free town car parks available for members of the public to use. Stall Holders - For outside pitch holders your pitch is 5m x 5m, enough for a gazebo and a car. For craft marquee stall holders, you can load/unload at the marquee and there is a free car park for you to park your car in.
