The Creative Crafts Association have been organising Craft and Gift Fairs for over 27 years and have become the most successful organisers in the North West.
We have over 60 events in 2017 at a wide variety of carefully chosen venues ranging from Garden Centres to County Shows and Castles.
WHAT WE DO:
1. Search out and book what we believe to be suitable venues.
2. Use posters, leaflets, newspaper advertisements, road signs and our web site to advertise each event.
3. We have our own pages and links on all the most reliable Craft Information Websites and high rankings on major search engines.
4. Provide a wooden table 6 feet wide in a space 8 feet wide to allow for access to the rear of the stall.
5. Provide a free chair at most indoor events. Chairs are not provided at any marquee event.
6. Provide a single plug socket for each exhibitor. Electricity use is subject to an additional charge which varies per venue and the type of generator needed.
7. Ensure that all Public Safety requirements are adhered to, all day, at all events.
ABOUT OUR CHARGES:
1. Charges vary from venue to venue because we are charged more for some places than others depending on the event. The price difference from event to event in no way reflects the quality or visitor numbers but simply reflects the price we must pay for the venue.
2. Events may be 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5 days’ duration.
3. All prices are the TOTAL FOR THE EVENT not per day.
4. Trestle tables are INCLUDED in the price. Chairs are only provided at certain events which are detailed in the Booking Pack.
5. An electricity supply can be booked for an additional charge as indicated on the Booking Forms. The variation in electricity prices are due to the cost and difficulty of wiring up and the type of generator needed. The extra cost for electricity is PER EVENT not per day. Electrical safety requirements are detailed in the Booking Pack.
6. Prices are based on a 6-foot table but 8,10,12 and 18 foot spaces are available with differing table configurations. The prices are proportional except for 12 and 18 foot spaces where a discount is given.
