Dysart park Family Fun Day is hosted annually on the first Sunday in July. The aim is to promote the park and raise money to improve its facilities - at the same time helping local businesses, schools & charities to raise money by hosting their own stalls. Free entry for the public. This event has grown to a monster of an event during the past few years and now is a permanent fixture on the Grantham calendar. There is lots to see and do; pony rides, reptile handling, have a go at archery, refreshments, arena acts, kids races in the arena with prizes!, stalls to browse, fun dog show £2 entry per category plus much much more! There is only a small car park at Dysart park which could fit about 8 cars in it - unfortunately these are mainly taken up on the day so woudl suggest parking on the neighbouring streets - please be mindful of local residences
