Craft Fairs
This popular event event returns for a 6th year, having attracted a record 481 paying customers in 2021. There is space for 25 stalls inside the church @ £20, 11 in a marquee in the church grounds @ £15, plus space for up to 10 stall holders who wish to erect their own gazebo at just £15. To make the event as safe as possible a one way system will operate and the public will be encouraged to wear a face covering. Hot food will be available in the church grounds from when the event open until late. Those stall holders in the church are encouraged to set up on the Friday afternoon to avoid unnecessary overcrowding on the day. Locals will be in attendance to assist with unloading. Parking for all vehicles will be on the recreation ground, a 2 minute walk away. This event has seen a year on year increase in public attendance and has gained a reputation amongst stall holders as one not to miss . Bookings open for stall holders from 0900 on Wednesday 23rd March with space expected to sell very quickly. Profits to Eardisland in Bloom, Eardisland Village Hall and St. Mary's Church.eardisand.org.ukAll parking will be on the recreation ground, just a short walk from the church and adjacent to the village hall. This space will be used by both stall holders and the public and will be stewarded. Local direction signs will be in operation.
