The event will be held inside Oaklands College, Hatfield Road, St Albans, Hertfordshire, AL4 0JA
The event is being run jointly between Craft People and The Stitchin Craft Cabin. I will be dealing with all our exhibitors needs and logistics at the event, Hayley from The Stitchin Craft Cabin will be dealing with advertising and promotion of the event in the local area.
The event has run before in a similar way seeing around 3000 visitors through the doors over the 2 days, we are hoping to match this attendance. There will be a small charge on the door for visitors with an exemption from the charge for Students and Staff of the College and children under 16.
We will have Christmas music through the PA, Christmas decorations inside and outside, Hot food truck, seating area inside for people to relax and live Christmas performances during the weekend, providing a festive feel to the event. We have space for around 100 stalls. Hopefully it will be a great venue for an enjoyable start to Christmas trading.
Chairs are available from the venue so no need to hire them.
Power is available for ?£10 (300w) for the weekend, If you need more than 300w for lighting we will have to discuss this. All electricity must be booked before the event, I may not be able to get electric to you on the day unless its booked.
Please mark down your preference of stand position as usual, there will be lots of inside corner spaces (D) available, There will be very few wall spaces (A,B) unfortunately.
