Set up time from stallholders - from 10am onwards

We are looking for a wide range of stalls to attend this event - indoors and outdoors. If you choose to go outdoors you will need to bring your own table, and gazebo if required. We have a limited number of tables for indoor use, we will let you know once these have all been booked up and you will need to bring your own.

We are looking for rides, games, bouncy castle, go karts, donkey/pony rides, ice cream van, donut van, etc to go outdoors.

Stall bookings are taken online via our website. If you are unable to book through the website please let us know and we can book you in manually if you are able to pay via paypal or bank transfer. Stalls are offered on a first come first served basis and payment must be made up front. Pitches are limited.

At the time of listing this event online we are already FULLY BOOKED for - forever living, younique, facepainting, glitter tattoos, balloon modelling, henna, psychic readings, knitted items, plants, usborne books, wooden toys.
