This event is taking place at the famous Foxton Locks in Leicestershire to celebrate the 75 anniversary of the first Inlands Waterways Association festival in 1950, which took place in neighbouring Market Harborough. In the field, as well as craft stalls, there will be entertainment, displays and fast food outlets. On the canal we will have a floating market of about 10 boats. There will also be a cavalcade of boats up to Market Harborough and back.in addition to the footfall to the event there will be many private boats. We are looking for a good variety of stalls to offer choice and variety to our visitors. it is difficult to calculate the footfall as it does depend on the weather but a normal weekend in the summer attracts between 2000 - 5000 people a day. do please have a look at the website and if you think you may be interested please get in touch.www.IWAHarborough75.orgCar Parking Information
