Craft Fairs
This unique weekend will combine a variety of quality crafts, heritage plants, live music and historical character walkabouts to compliment the stunning walled garden.

Lydiard Park is a beautiful historic estate with a Grade 11 protected landscape, on the western end of Swindon, with a striking Palladian Historic House(Grade 1 listed), medieval church (Grade 1 listed) and a fabulous Georgian walled garden. This first ever craft show will be held in the beautiful surroundings of the Georgian ornamental fruit and flower walled garden, which is part of the extraordinary historic heart of the park, comprising Lydiard House, St Marys Church (one of the Countrys most beautiful parish churches), Old Stables and Coach House(Grade 2) .

The walled garden is divided into six sections with wide pathways and the craft stall holders will be situated on the grassed areas, near the main entrance to the garden.

The potential for an excellent footfall is tremendous. The weekend of 5th and 6th July 2014 we enjoyed over 3,500 visitors to Lydiard Park (no event programmed). We have a good reputation for creating events with large footfalls and this year we anticipate more visitors for the weekend, particularly on the Sunday 5th July, as an additional event, Lydiard Bark, will be taking place in the parkland (an event which took place last year during August and attracted many visitors to the park).

This excellent location is an ideal setting for selling, promoting and demonstrating your craft products and activities and July is the best time of year to see the walled garden in all its glory.

Cost for the weekend: 60 pounds (50 pounds Early bird discount)

(No individual days are permitted)

You will be supplied with a table and an individual gazebo which are inclusive in the price.
