The Monks Kirby Midsummer Fair is back again and as Brilliantly British as ever! With all of the traditional, much loved attractions, competitions and entertainment you would expect from a British Country Fair as well as some fun new additions to help us make it a fabulous day out for everyone.

Newnham Paddox is a unique, spacious site with so much to see and do and a well established reputation across the County and beyond. With chicken racing, working dog demonstrations, donkey rides, re-enactors, classic cars and many other traditional games and fun to be had, there really is something for everyone and every generation!

Our ever popular Beer Bar is back, serving an even bigger array of beverages, alongside the sausage sizzle and tea tent to keep everyone refreshed. We will again feature live music on our unique stage, which created a real buzz at last year's event.

The range of competitions are sure to attract the crowds with our popular Revel Bake-Off Competition returning, plus a new Home Brew competition, Kids comp and a Treasure Hunt which is guaranteed to get visitors scanning the stalls and searching the fair for clues, so its "fair" to say that business should be booming for stall holders this year.
