Monthly Craft Fair In Hove, East Sussex
Made 4 U Craft Fair is a monthly Craft Fair that has been set up to support local craft and other home based businesses, in and around Sussex, by providing a welcoming and affordable venue to buy and sell a wide variety of products.
There will be a wide variety of unique items for sale from a variety of stallsholders, including artwork, bags, cakes, candles, cards, cosmetics, gifts, jewellery, knitted items, photos, and loads more.
The venue is Central United Reformed Church, Blatchington Road, Hove, Sussex, located at the top of George Street, a busy shopping area in Hove, which has a wide variety of shops, restaurants and cafes, attracting 1000s of people each month.
The Fair Cafe will be selling teas, coffees, and other refreshments. The Craft Fair is on the 2nd Saturday of every month except August, doors open at 10am and close at 4pm, so please pop along and support local businesses, and maybe even pick up a bargain.

Information for Stallholders
Stall fees are £15 for a 3ft table, £20 for a 6ft table, and £30 for a 6ft and 3ft table together. Tables are provided for you but please bring a table cloth for your own stall. Space is limited so please do not bring any extra stands or tables without prior booking. Extra space can be arranged for additional fees.
Stall fees are required 3 weeks prior to the market and at this stage are NON-REFUNDABLE.
I will try not to have too many stallholders selling the same items but please be aware this is not always possible.
The venue is limited to a certain number of stallholders, however when the Craft Fair becomes fully booked there will be a waiting list in case a stallholder needs to drop out for whatever reason. I will aim to fill any spaces with a similar business if possible.
Café
There will be a small refreshments area selling teas, coffees, and a selection of small cakes and biscuits at very reasonable prices. Included in your stall fee is 2 free tea, coffee or squash for the stallholder.
Advertising
Adverts will be placed on Facebook, in local newspaper, shop windows and event listings, but the success of this event will be helped if everyone helps to advertise through Facebook, twitter etc. and talking to friends and family. A4/A5 posters will be available for each event and can be emailed for you to display as you wish. These can be posted for a small additional charge, please ask for details.
Parking/Unloading and Loading
There is 1 loading bay with enough space for 4 cars outside the venue on Blatchington Road and a smaller one at the top of Ventnor Villas. Time limit here is 30 minutes. Please DO NOT park or unload in the Disabled area which is next to the loading bay unless you want your car towed. Traffic Wardens patrol the area and are very strict so be warned. Once you have unloaded please go and park your car.
Street parking is Pay & Display and time restrictions vary. There are some 12 hour spaces available at £4.70 for 12 hrs. The best option is to park in Norton Road Car Park which is only a 5-10 minute walk from the venue, 9hrs is £4.50.
