Mike Mayes and Sandi Clark Mayes are two working mediums as well as being healers – Mike does trance healing and Sandi does reiki. They run a charity which offers various therapies, readings and healing, as well as a school of mediumship, and a variety of workshops – check the website here for details. Mike and Sandi were married in November last year.
In addition, the charity runs a retreat centre called Rainbow’s End which is a pretty cottage set in a valley of fields and woods leading down to the sea in Branscombe, East Devon. People can stay there on a donation basis (suggested donation of £25 per person per night, some people pay less, some people pay more, according to what they feel they are able to afford). In the cottage they can get away from the treadmill of their lives and experience true peace and tranquillity. No wi-fi, no landline, no TV, no mobile signal in the valley.
In order to support this, Mike and Sandi run Mind Body and Spirit Shows three times a year – 21st February in Torquay, 30th and 31st May, and 31st October in Lyme Regis. The venue on 21st February is the Assembly Room, Torquay Town Hall, Castle Circus, Torquay - a large elegant hall which comfortably accommodates the 50+ exhibitors. There is a large car park situated a minute away.
There will be a wide variety of readings– clairvoyant, psychic, angel, tarot, astrological, spiritual – and these can be booked at a mediums’ booking desk where the bios of all the mediums will be available – so no need to hang around waiting in line for your chosen medium.
There will also be different types of healing and therapies on offer – bowen, reiki, kiniesiology, angel, spiritual, meditation amongst others. Trade stands will include massage cushions, White Eagle books, handcrafted jewellery, crystals, flower essences, angel items. Magnetic jewellery, beauty products, skincare, dream catchers and candles.
Running throughout the day will be a programme of workshops, talks and demonstrations including clairvoyance, meditation, complete living, flower essences, tarot, inspirational speaking, trance healing, and taking the mystery out of clairvoyance and mediumship.
Just to make a day out at the Show complete, there will be an all day cafe selling freshly made sandwiches, flapjacks, brownies etc.
The Shows in May and October are in Lyme Regis at the Woodmead Halls – a new venue for Rainbow’s End, but Mike and Sandi are very excited to be able to use this venue as it is set out so well with a large hall, and a smaller hall, plus a large stage area. It is situated just above the town with sea views and its own car park.
Mike and Sandi can be booked for readings and healing sessions, and you can also enrol for their School of Mediumship which teaches beginners, intermediates and working mediums. There is also an extensive programme of workshops running throughout the year on many subjects in addition to mediumship – the Senses, the Chakras and Energy Field, Putting Your Self Back into your Life and Meditation are amongst the titles.
