Event Details
Shenley Church End Parish Council is organising its annual Summer Fete to be held on Saturday 1 July 2017 at Medbourne Pavilion.This event brings together our residents and neighbouring parishes to celebrate the diversity of our parish and provides a platform to further showcase our community's groups, schools, charities and businesses.
As far as possible, stall holders are locally based, local schools, music and sports groups are taking part and we have local organisations running the refreshments. The proceeds from pitch fees, refreshments and entertainment all go to our Charity of the Year, which will be chosen in May 2017. Last year we were able to raise over £1000 for our charity, which was Milton Keynes Hospital Charity and we are hoping to raise even more in 2017.
We are currently looking for crafters, upcyclers, artists and makers from the local area to hold stalls. The pitch fee is £10 per stall and please note we are unable to provide table hire for this event.
