The status of a Viking leader was raised through their skill at playing board games of strategy that mimicked medieval battle situations.
Royalty prized them and had lavish versions made for themselves and as gifts.
Queen Victoria's favorite game was the Norse game of "Fox and Geese".
These games have been re-styled for a modern setting, from 8mm cast acrylic with glass playing pieces and mounted on polished stainless steel ball feet, and will grace any home to provide a fascinating conversation piece and offer challenging entertainment for family and friends.
