Our 2022 Show had a footfall of just under 7,000 people so this is really a Show not to be missed.

Being entirely run by volunteers this Show quite literally raises thousands of pounds for local charities and good causes by offering 2 days of fun packed entertainment.

With a large Horticultural Tent, Entertainments Ring, Craft Marquee, Food Hall, Trade Stands, a Fun Fair, Food stalls, Horse Show, Dog Show, inflatables and lots of free and fun things for Children to do, it really does offer good value for money for both visitors to the Show as well as the trade.

The Show is always looking for new and varied trade and craft stalls.

All bookings are on a provisional basis as it is the aim of the Show not to have too many people selling the same thing. It is therefore very much a first come first served basis, although previous attendees do receive a slight time advantage as to when the bookings open.

We strive to provide a quality experience to both the visitors to the Show and traders, so if you have any questions at all, then please do not hesitate to contact us.

Rates depend on whether you qualify for the craft tent or whether you fall under a normal trader category (reselling goods) and of course the size of pitch that you require.swallowfieldshow.co.ukStall Holders have free car parking and for traders there is adequate car parking behind your pitch. Visitors to the show enjoy free car parking.
