Wedding cakes made to measure in the shape of your choice and colour, in various flavour sponges such as Chocolate, Strawberry and Cream, Lemon, Vanilla, Coconut or Toffee to name a few or maybe a Caribbean Rum Cake infused with alcohol. Character cakes or cupcakes that are adorned with hand made sugar toppers, figures or sugar craft flowers are made to order. We also offer baking ingredients for home made cakes which includes our Gluten Free range. Our Gluten free counter is expanding daily with choice ingredients and delicious pre-packed cakes. Hello my name is Annette, my first love is baking and I've been doing this since the age of 15. Initially I baked only for the family with my Aunt but my love for making and decorating cakes from start to finish, never diminished and with time has gathered momentum. I take pride in listening to what the customer wants and then interpreting their ideas in sugar. My satisfaction is knowing I have done a job well and this is confirmed when I see the face of the customer with the finished product.
